Delphine Létendart, 51, an agricultural engineer with a degree from the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon, began her career at Groupama in 1997 as head of the crop insurance project.

In 2000, she joined Groupama Centre-Atlantique, where she led various missions within the insurance department.

Appointed technical director in charge of managing technical results and personal injury claims management in 2009, she became technical and customer relationship director in 2013, where she led the project to improve customer satisfaction.

In 2014, she took over responsibility for the research, pricing and management department within the Groupama Group, before being appointed director of insurance for the individual market and then for the agricultural market.

Since 2021, Delphine Létendart has held the position of Director of Insurance for all markets of the Groupama Group.
