Managing Director Groupama Paris Val de Loire

Hayik Afsar, 38, holds a master’s degree in banking finance and insurance from the University of Paris-Ouest Nanterre La Défense and a certificate in business performance measurement and management from HEC. He began his career in 2008 at Deloitte & Associés, as an audit and insurance advisory manager in France, and then at Deloitte New York in 2013.

In 2015, he joined the Groupama Group, within Groupama S.A., as General Auditor.

In 2018, he was appointed General Secretary of the Italian subsidiary Groupama Assicurazioni, before becoming Deputy Managing Director in 2021.

Since 2023, Hayik Afsar has been Deputy Chief Technical and Operations Officer of the Groupama Paris Val de Loire regional bank.
