Saint Lambert, the company revolutionizing vanilla cultivation Groupama Indian Ocean

Saint Lambert, a Reunionese company founded by Pierre Saint Lambert, stands out for its methods in vanilla cultivation and the creation of derivative products.

Inspired by nature and more particularly by the forest of Saint-Philippe, Saint Lambert has developed innovative technology to offer vanilla an ideal environment: photovoltaic shelters reproducing the atmosphere of tropical undergrowth.

These structures play a double role: they protect the plants while generating electricity.
The result? Large-scale production respectful of the environment, with over 26,000 vanilla plants cultivated on 4 hectares, making Saint Lambert the largest vanilla producer in La Réunion.

Beyond its activity, Saint Lambert stands out for its social and environmental commitment, embodying strong values and working for the individual development of its employees and the respect of the Reunionese ecosystem.
The company goes even further by opening its doors to the public. Through guided tours and workshops, Saint Lambert shares its know-how while sharing the unique traditions of La Réunion.
Every day, it reinvents itself by exploring new plant varieties and perfecting its extraction methods. Every step is based on a desire to combine technology and enhancement of Reunionese heritage.

Boulikibio, an innovative concept that combines organic farming and relaxation in a tropical setting Groupama Antilles-Guyane

“When well-being rhymes with respect for the planet” Boulikibio is a Martinican company that produces organic fruits and vegetables, but not only!
Originally, the goal was simply to produce organic products, then the founder,
David Dondin, quickly understood that market gardening is a very demanding physical activity, and that taking time to relax is a necessity.

That’s how the idea of Boulikibio was born: an agricultural enterprise combined with a spa. “Eat well, eat organic and take time for yourself,” is the whole philosophy of Boulikibio.
The concept is based on a very simple operation: 4 days of market gardening (harvesting, markets, maintenance) then 2 days of relaxation and tourist activities.

On the program: body care, scrubs, sauna, stretching, and even fish pedicure, all accompanied by detox juices and snacks made from the farm’s organic products, of course. Group activities also help strengthen social bonds in a serene atmosphere with one watchword: relax!
The company works locally with an eco-responsible concept: everything is done on-site, from the wood-heated bath to the short-circuit products, to the dry toilets! It also participates in the social development of its region with interventions in retirement homes.

Boulikibio meets a need for both food and mental independence and allows for a complete escape into nature: total disorientation guaranteed!

With IPSAGO, being greedy is good for the planet!

The last stop in Aix-en-Provence to discover our final laureate of this 2024 edition, that of Groupama Méditerranée!

Every second, approximately 23 tons of fruits, vegetables, and tubers are wasted around the world.

Faced with this absurdity and environmental urgency, Thibault and Renaud, two friends who were made aware of environmental issues from a young age, decided to take action. Thus, IPSAGO was born, a company committed to combating food waste by offering a healthy, reasoned, environmentally friendly, and gourmet alternative!

With them, nothing is lost, everything is transformed!

Manufacturing scraps, vegetable or “non-calibrated” fruit residues: everything is valued to be transformed into artisanal organic products.

The result? Delicious ranges, from appetizers to cookies. All their products are also designed to meet the needs of numerous dietary regimes: vegan, low in sugar, salt, or saturated fats.

IPSAGO embodies strong values, focusing on ecology and social impact. The company works in a short circuit with local producers and artisans. It also promotes social reintegration within its teams and raises awareness of sustainable food during corporate interventions. Their ambition? To offer products that are as good for the palate as they are for the planet!
