Allianz and Groupama enter into exclusive negotiations about Gan Eurocourtage

Allianz and Groupama SA announced today that they have entered into exclusive negotiations regarding the potential acquisition by Allianz of the brokerage-related activities, excluding transport, of Gan Eurocourtage, a 100% subsidiary of Groupama SA.
