Groupama announces the disposal of its equity stake in Bolloré

Groupama today announces the sale of de 777,878 shares of Bolloré. Those shares represent the Group’s remaining stake in Bolloré, 3.10% of the capital. After this operation, Groupama no longer holds directly any Bolloré share in its investment portfolio.

This equity disposal is part of the strategy Groupama announced to reduce its exposure to market risks.
