Groupama SA reappoints its Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

At the end of the Groupama SA Annual General Meeting, which took place yesterday, at which Jean-Luc Baucherel was reappointed as a director, the Board of Directors of Groupama SA re-elected Jean-Luc Baucherel as Chairman of the Board for a period of six years, i.e. for the duration of his term of office as a director.

Acting on the proposal of the Chairman, the Board members also reappointed Michel Baylet as Vice-Chairman of the Board and confirmed the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer, Jean Azéma, for the duration of the Chairman’s term of office.

On this occasion, the Board of Directors took note of the Chief Executive Officer’s decision to abandon its employment contract, in accordance with the recommendations of the Afep/Medef corporate governance code, although it is not a listed company.
