In order to strengthen the strategic role of the Risk management and Control function, and to separate it from the Investment operations, following organisation shall take effect on 1st October:

• Christian Collin, Chief Executive Officer, Finance and Risks, will be responsible for the Group Risks and Internal Audit, Reinsurance and Management Control, Group Tax and Group Accounting divisions.
• Arthur Chabrol has been appointed Financing, Investment and Actuarial Services Director, a division comprising the Financing and Investment, Group Actuarial and Solvency 2 departments as well as the asset management subsidiaries.

Taking these various elements into account, as of 1st October 2011, the Groupama SA’s Steering Committee shall comprise Jean Azéma assisted by the following members: – René Cado, Isabelle Calvez, Arthur Chabrol, Christian Collin, Cécile Daubignard, Maurice Faure, Frédérique Granado, Pierre Lefèvre, Thierry Martel, Astrid Panosyan and Francis Thomine.
