Bénédicte Crété-Dambricourt is the Group Human Resources Director.

Career

Holder of a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in labor law from the Bordeaux Faculty of Legal Sciences and a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in business administration (CAAE) from the Bordeaux Institute of Business Administration (IAE), she began her career with the Adecco Group in 1999 as a recruitment manager.

In 2002, she joined the Group’s UDSG labor relations department as a legal researcher. In September 2006, as part of the Group HR Department, she took over responsibility for Group social bodies and social responsibility, and was also in charge of diversity as Group Diversity Correspondent.

In March 2009, she was appointed Director of Development for Executives, Senior Executives and Expatriates, then in July 2015, Director of Group HR Development, in charge of Executives, Internal Communication, Employer Brand & CSR, Groupama University and Groupama HRD. She was then appointed Deputy Group HRD before being appointed Group HR Director on September 1, 2018.
