Elus 3.0 is a community application built in agile mode and made available to all Groupama elected members. Its 7 features help them fulfill their missions in their territories, notably through the sharing of good practices. It is also a tool for employees in charge of institutional animation. The 2 tools are interconnected and are complementary to help revitalize the local mutuals.
