Florence Bousquet, 60 years old, graduated from the Toulouse Business School, began her career in 1989 at Groupama Rouergue Gévaudan as a project manager for the general manager. Subsequently, she held positions as head of accounting and management control, then administrative and financial director.

In 2003, she progressed to become the financial director of Groupama d’Oc, then financial and IT director in 2008.

In 2012, she was promoted to director of finance and management of Groupama d’Oc.

In 2016, she became the second effective manager, before being appointed in March 2019 deputy general manager for insurance, finance, and management of Groupama d’Oc.
