International subsidiary

Groupama-SDIG is 50 % owned by Groupama and 50% by the aircraft manufacturer SDIG. The company aims at non-life insurance market in China and provides a wide range of products including agriculture, motor, property, liability and health products based on a multi-channel distribution network. Groupama-SDIG is the only foreign insurer to operate in agricultural insurance on the Chinese market.
