Chinese property insurance joint venture, Groupama-SDIG, is 50% owned by Groupama and 50% by SDIG, a conglomerate from Sichuan province, which actively participates in national and international large-scale projects such as the construction of highways, bridges, high-speed railway lines, and energy infrastructure. Groupama-SDIG offers a wide range of agricultural, auto, liability, and health insurance products by leveraging a multichannel distribution network. Groupama-SDIG is the only foreign insurer operating in agricultural insurance in the Chinese market.
