Laurence Bauduin is Managing Director of Groupama Nord-Est

Career

A graduate of the Institut de Statistique de l’Université Pierre et Marie Curie (ISUP), and of the ERM CERA (Certified Entreprise Risk Analyst, international label) Actuary Expert training program of the Institut des Actuaires, Laurence Bauduin began her career as an actuary with the actuarial consulting firm Fixage.

In 1999, she joined La Mondiale, where she successively held the positions of Actuary in the Technical Department, then in Group Management Control.

In 2007, she joined Groupama, within Gan Patrimoine, as Technical Manager.

In 2010, she took over responsibility for the Individual Life and Health Modeling Actuarial Department at Groupama Gan Vie. In 2011, she was promoted to Actuarial Manager, and in October 2013 was appointed Chief Financial Officer.

In July 2015, she moved to Groupama Nord-Est as Director of the Etablissement du Nord.

In July 2019, Laurence Bauduin was appointed Managing Director of Gan Prévoyance. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Groupama Supports & Services, a member of the Board of Directors of Groupama Protection Juridique since February 2020.

In July 2022, she was elected President of the Institute of Actuaries.

Since July 1, 2023, Laurence Bauduin has been Managing Director of Groupama Nord-Est.
