Pascal Viné is Director of Institutional Relations and Mutual Orientations.

Career

Pascal VINÉ is an agronomy engineer AgroParisTech and doctor of the national polytechnic institute of Grenoble. He began his career as a teacher-researcher at the National School of Rural Engineering, Water and Forests.

In 1998, he joined the departmental directorate of agriculture and forestry of Eure as head of the agricultural economics department.

After leading modernization missions in the ministries of agriculture and state reform, he became, between 2003 and 2007, adviser to the Cabinet of the Minister of Agriculture, then advisor for agriculture and fishing in the Prime Minister’s Office.

In 2007, he was General Director of the Research Institute for Agricultural and Environmental Engineering (IRSTEA), and in 2009, Cabinet Director of the Minister of Agriculture. He heads the National Forest Office from 2010 to 2015.

From 2015 to 2018, he was the General Delegate of the Federation of Coop de France.

He currently holds the position of Director of Institutional Relations and Mutual Orientations at Groupama Assurances Mutuelles.
