On the strength of its sustainability commitments and strategy, Groupama launched a labeling program for its companies at the beginning of 2024. Groupama Assurances Mutuelles has kicked off the evaluation process and has recently been awarded 'Engagé RSE' at the 'Confirmed' level by AFNOR.

Led by François Coste’s Group Sustainability team, the process was initiated in June 2024, involving around sixty employees from various departments within Groupama Assurances Mutuelles (GMA).
The teams were asked to complete a reference framework and provide evidence of their CSR actions through 8 major thematic chapters and 49 criteria.
In early October, interviews were conducted by AFNOR to assess the maturity of GMA’s sustainability approach.

In a shared report, AFNOR identified examples of good practice and areas for improvement. On the basis of this analysis, AFNOR awarded GMA the “Engagé RSE” label at the “Confirmed” level!

This community labeling process is continuing in other Group entities. By the end of June 2025, in coordination with GMA’s Sustainability team, 15 Group companies will have completed the AFNOR certification process.
