Groupama's extra-financial (ESG) rating by Sustainable Fitch has been upgraded from "3" to "2", and the Group's score has improved from 55 to 63.

This progress reflects the group’s ongoing efforts to implement ESG practices in its strategy, develop its sustainable product offerings, and strengthen its commitments to responsible financing and investment practices. The Group has set ambitious targets to reduce its carbon footprint:

  • A reduction of 20% between 2019 and 2024;
  • A reduction of 40% between 2019 and 2030.

The Group is on track to meet these targets, as the previous target of a 15% reduction in carbon footprint by 2022, compared to 2013, has already been exceeded. Regarding social factors, Groupama’s performance remains stable. The Group continues to adhere to international and regional human rights standards. The diversity of Groupama’s workforce remains stable, with women representing 63.8% of the total workforce and 27.2% of management positions.
Finally, in terms of governance, it reflects the Group’s mutual structure, which aligns decision-making with the interests of all its members.
